History of the OBAC
Everyone of the members of OBAC has an extensive history of tattooing in Oklahoma and abroad in other states. We all love the state of Oklahoma and desire to do our trade legitimately within the borders of our state.
We are now going to be working with state Senator Frank Shurden to push a bill through legislation. This has been done in the past but to no avail. The difference is now we have legislation at work and two different court cases going on at the same time and hopefully with the right timing we can change an outdated law and bring our state up to the 21rst century which we seem to have somehow missed.
Well the senate bill was failed as soon as it was born pretty much.But OBAC is still sticking to our story and fighting in the courts to try to look after the safety of all our citizens here that the state seems to keep disregarding.
